I can hardly believe that graduation is just around the corner for these 2015 Seniors! So many great seniors to share, and next up is Rachel. Smart, kind, funny, and one talented athlete!
When we first moved to our neighborhood back in 2002, Rachel was one of the sweet kids that we’d see out playing and waiting at the bus stop with all of the other neighborhood kids. When this year rolled around, and I started seeing posts from various parents about their kids starting their senior year, Rachel was one that took me by surprise – how was she possibly in her senior year and about to graduate?! I was super excited when I heard from her mom about setting up a session, and when the day finally came, I just loved having a chance to talk and get to know her even better.
From the moment we started, I loved that smile of hers….alternating between laughing, and smiling some more – she made for one awesome subject!! It was a beautiful evening…and downtown Tacoma made for a perfect backdrop!
I just loved her laugh!!
We explored and found some great spots on the UW Campus…
We then headed over to the Museum of Glass and surrounding areas…loved how these colors brought out her beautiful eyes!!
I had always known that soccer had been a huge part of Rachel’s life, but I loved having the chance to learn more about her teams, achievements, and the hours she spends on the fields. Dedicated, to say the very least!
This fall, Rachel is headed south to play soccer for Portland State…so excited for her and all that lies ahead!
Rachel – I loved my time with you, and wish you the very best with these last few weeks of school – I know big things are ahead for you!!
